When we launched our new site in February 2023, we created accounts for just shy of 300 existing partners. Accounts are required to log in so you can see prices, access the latest PDF catalogue, and submit order estimates and requests.
When we launched the site, we also sent out just shy of 300 emails with instructions on how to reset your password and log into the site.
That means that if you're an existing Greenline customer, you probably have an account. Check your email for a note from us that will walk you through how to reset your password.
If you didn't get an email and want to check to see if you have an account, here's how:
The quickest way to check to see if you have an account on the site is to head over to the password reset tool, enter your email address, and see what happens.
If you get an email instructing you to reset your password, go ahead and do that. Then you can log in. Easy peasy!
If you don't get instructions on resetting your password that means you may not have an account, or we created it using a different email address. Not to worry: you just need to send us a quick note and we'll get you sorted out.
